Mr. Bolden started his solo practice after a 10 year career as International Law Counsel with a global Defense Contractor in the Washington, DC area. He has over 20 years of experience in counseling corporations and individuals on laws, compliance methodologies and regulations affecting the conduct of business operations and pursuits including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Sanctions regimes (OFAC), International Employment, Data Protection among other areas of law. Mr. Bolden has designed and implemented corporate compliance policies and programs for new businesses in the Asia-Pacific, EU and the Middle East. In addition, he managed a robust third-party consultant program with sales agents all over the globe. In addition, Mr. Bolden trained numerous international business development employees on the risks and how to avoid them. While in-house Mr. Bolden also has advised companies on many other areas of law such as Data Protection, International and Employment law.
Mr. Bolden, admitted to the D.C. Bar, is a graduate of The Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law and the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
